Rates
Weekly Rate:
$2300 plus $500 security deposit, returned within seven days after departure.
Daily Rate:
3 night minimum, $375 per night.
No Smoking Allowed.
Pets allowed with prior approval of owner, Cheryl Sedaker.
Payment terms: A deposit of 1/2 the total rent must be received to book the reservation, and balance of 1/2 total rent must be received 30 days before check in.
